Evan Wilcox recently retired after nearly 21 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Coast Guard, where he built extensive expertise in security operations, capability integration, and interagency coordination. Most recently, he served at Coast Guard Headquarters in the Office of Specialized Capabilities (CG-721), where he advised on weapons and ordnance programs, led efforts as the central action officer for Less-Lethal/Intermediate Force capabilities, and worked as liaison to the Joint Intermediate Force Capabilities Office (JIFCO) for force modernization and counter-UXS initiatives.

His leadership background includes roles as Deputy Enforcement Chief at Sector San Juan, Operations Officer at MSST San Francisco (91105), Command Duty Officer for the Thirteenth Coast Guard District, and multiple aviation and boat operations assignments supporting both domestic and international missions.
